Welcome to the Barn
The Barn at Monterey Valley is nestled between the beautiful rolling hills of Monterey Township on 80 private acres. Formerly a fruit farm, the property has been in the Dendel family for over 150 years. Just a few minutes west of US 131 the property is conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. This tranquil location, full of nature and beautiful landscaping, provides the perfect backdrop for memories to be made.

Indoor Ceremony Site
Not only do we offer an outdoor ceremony site but an indoor as well. Given the nature of Michigan weather we are able to transfer your outdoor ceremony indoors in the matter of several hours.
The Pond House and Grooms Room
We have two special spaces for our wedding party to prepare and relax. Our Pond House is the perfect spot for hair and makeup. The Grooms Room offers a private space for groom and groomsmen to relax. As a bonus both spaces make for great photos!
Decor Galore
At the Barn we know decor can become a costly hassle for your big day. We offer a room full of additional decorations to spruce up your vision at no additonal charge. Everything from table numbers, signs, card boxes, cake stands, chalkboards, and more is available for use on your big day.

Our goal is to ensure your day is everything you have dreamed of! That's why we offer a staff of experienced event coordinators to help make your day as magical as possible. From set up, rehearsal, day-of, clean-up, and everything in between we have you covered.
